La Rioja Bike Race will take place from October 29- November 1st, 2020

Registration available until October 25 or until the 1000 entries are sold out.

Important!

Foreign participants holding a competitve cycling license not issued by the RFEC (Royal Spanish Cycling Federation), must request a written authorisation to their national cycling federation that certifies that their insurance is valid in Spain. This document must be shown to the Commissaires in order to collect the start number.

Registrations:

End on October, 25, 2020 or when the 1.000 entries available are sold out.

Those registered within the last week (from October 19th to 25th) cannot be guaranteed the personalized race number or medal, nor can they have the requested size of the Endura gift.

The entry fee per rider is:

  • The entry fee per rider is: First 200 entries: 169 €
  • Entries from 201 to 600 or to February 2: 199 €
  • Entries from 601 to 1.000 Or to October 25: 229 €

Cancellation policy and changes:

  • Until January 5, 2020: 30 € penalty or transfer to 2021 edition
  • Until January 6, 2020 to October 18, 2020: Transfer to 2021 edition
  • Until October 19, 2020 to October 25, 2020: non-refundable

*ADJUNCT TO THE REGULATIONS

Due to the current state of alarm declared in Spain, the organization of La Rioja Bike Race presented by Pirelli, according to the recommendations of the health authorities, is forced to change the date of the event due to force majeure.

  • All those registered for La Rioja Bike Race 2020 will continue to be registered for the new date. No further management is necessary.

  • The registration period will close on October 25, 2020.

  • All those registered who unsubscribed from the event requesting the transfer to the next edition of 2021 from December 5, 2019 to March 23, 2020, can again request the incorporation to the list of registered to participate in the 2020 edition. In this case, they must contact to inscripciones@lariojabikerace.com.

  • All those registered who requested the refund of the registration price, in case of reregistering, must pay the current registration price. ▪ All those currently registered who cannot attend the new scheduled date, may request the transfer to the next edition 2021 by contacting inscripciones@lariojabikerace.com:

  • Exceptionally, they will also be allowed the option of transferring to Catalunya Bike Race 2020 or changing the registration holder for a partner.

RIDERS

Elite men

UCI Elite: a man that must be 19 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place. He must hold an approved UCI Elite license, strictly obey the entire UCI regulations, will compete for UCI points and prize money.

Elite: a man that must be 19 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place. Riders without an annual racing cycling license approved by the UCI. Will not compete for UCI points nor prize money.

Elite women

UCI Elite: a woman that must be 19 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place. She must hold an approved UCI Elite license, strictly obey the entire UCI regulations, will compete for UCI points and prize money.

Elite: a woman that must be 19 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place. Riders without an annual racing cycling license approved by the UCI. Will not compete for UCI points nor prize money.

Master 30 (men). A man that must be 30 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place and must hold an approved Master license for racing. Riders with an Elite category license cannot compete in this category.

Master 40 (men). A man that must be 40 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place and must hold an approved Master license for racing. Riders with an Elite or Master 30 category license cannot compete in this category.

Master 50 (men). A man that must be 50 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place and must hold an approved Master license for racing. Riders with an Elite, Master 30 or Master 40 category license cannot compete in this category.

Master women. A woman that must be 30 years or older on the 31st of December of the current year in which the competition takes place and must hold an approved Master license for racing. Riders with an Elite category license cannot compete in this category.
